What is Be Intentional?
One of the tragedies of modern society is that we are pulled in so many directions that we start to spend our days going through the motions. With BE INTENTIONAL, you will be able to create a space for yourself that allows you to live in way where you're not just doing things that you have been doing, but things that you WANT to do.
Who is this for?
You know where you want to go, but you've been lacking the ENERGY and CLARITY to get up in the morning and JUST START. You feel like you're meant to do MORE with your life than just work, sleep, repeat.
You feel lost and out of touch in your relationships and are looking to spark a connection with people again. You want more confidence to put yourself out there and go to bat for your goals.
You know that a better version of you is possible, you just need some guidance on how to get in touch with your TRUST self. This is for you.

About the Program
Be Intentional is a 3 week program designed to help you gain a better perspective on what will drive and motivate you to put your best foot forward every day. Our next cohort starts on August 6th!
What you'll get:
- Week 1 (October 15th-21st) - We meet each morning to check in and review the topic of the day. Each module includes relevant videos, quotes, and meditations to help you get more intentional each day.
- Week 2 (October 22nd-28th)- You complete the Be Intentional Challenge. This includes worksheets to guide you through creating a more intentional day and daily morning mindset and evening reflection prompts.
- Week 3 (October 30th)- We meet one final time to pull everything together and reflect on how the challenge went.
Meet Our Founder
Meet Wendy. After 2 decades in the golf industry as both a professional competitor and instructor, Wendy has realized one thing that is neglected in sports, business, and self-care: MINDSET.
Having worked with incredible people such as Brendon Burchard, Bo Eason, Roger Love, and David Asprey, to name a few, Wendy is on a mission to inspire others to live their truth.
She refers to it as their "JUNE". This means Challenging ourselves to live every day to be more daring, authentic, and aligned with our WHY.
